To Place Pictures Into The email message, so that the image is seen the when the message is opened
I’m not trying to simply attach the image.
I want it to appear with in the body of the message
http://email.about.com/cs/yahoomailtips/… <that site will show/tell you how
NOTE: You will have to scroll WAY down in the long list of HOW TO DO (whatever)
*
AND IF THAT DON’T WORK….GO BELOW
….Have a great day……………….
In order to embed a picture in the body of a yahoo email your photos needs to be web based on a site like:-
http://www.flickr.com/
http://photobucket.com/
http://fotopic.net/
http://www.snapfish.com/info17
Then you can right click and copy the picture from the web site and paste onto the body of your email or your signature. This method will not work using the Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browsers.
Photos that are based on your computer will not copy and paste in most email providers mail.

I saw this answer that says it cant be done with Yahoo…sooooooooooo, if the above does not work try what is mentioned below…
it’s simple with yahoo u can not.
the only option is to attach the photo and the reciepient will have to open or save it or if u don’t have the file u can place a link to the file on the web
other email services such as aol will allow u to insert the picture or u can get some free email accounts like aol or gmail and set them up in outlook or win mail which allows u to insert photos or if u upgrade to yahoo mail plus for $20/yr u can set up the account in outlook which will allow u to insert pics (u have to upgrade in order to use yahoo with outlook) if ure not familiar with outlook as i say below click on my pic and send me an email and i’ll explain
also the proper link format would be either http://somewebpage.com/myphoto/
or www.somewebpage.com/myphoto
or a combo of http://www.somewebpage.com/myphoto/
if u want more info just click my pic and send me an email and we’ll talk about it, always glad to

For example in my Rediffmail account, everytime I am getting an email, I am receiving a message informing of a new email arrived.
It is possible to do the same with yahoo? How?
After you login to mail click on the link "Mobile Mail" or "Mobile" which is present towards the top right corner of the page – this will either open a dialog box where you can enter your mobile number or open a new wind where you can register your mobile number. You should be able to do this also by going to http://mobile.yahoo.com/mail after you login.

When I click on copy and then paste into the message, it doesnt do anything. How can I attach the pics directly into my email message?
Where you trying to embed pictures in the text body of your mail? This feature was supported by Yahoo photo mail, but is not supported anymore due to the impending closure of Yahoo photos. All you can do now is attach your pics to the message you are sending: below "subject" click "attach files". In the next window click "browse" to find and select a file or photo from your harddrive. Click the file, then click "open". Now click "attach files" to upload them. When the upload is complete click "continue to message".

You might also want to check "Incredimail" which still allows embedding of pics:
