The voice-mail response critic Jim DeRogatis got from Ryan Adams after Jims not-so-positive review of one of Adams shows. Using discography as video, but the audio is the point…
Some quotes from the review:
“Note to Ryan Adams: Wish you were anywhere but here”
“Adams can release three CDs in a three-week span, but the fact remains that he still can’t write one song as original or as heartfelt as anything by Jeff Tweedy.”
“Absent an historical musical context or a functioning b.s. detector, it is possible to mistake Adams for being as talented and clever as he thinks he is. But then there are plenty of people who can’t tell the difference between plastic flowers and real ones, until they bend over to take a whiff.”
“The fans (who skewed younger than Adams) ate it all up, but you had to suspect that it was because they’d never seen the real Courtney, much less the Replacements or even Wilco.”

Here is a departure from my usual vlogs on politics and world woes. Never the less, this is something that makes me just as mad. I can’t stand the stupid things people say on their voicemail and answering machine outgoing messages. Also, i can’t stand when they think they have to change there voices to sound more educated. Does this make you as mad as it makes me?

This is an actual recording left by a harassing Debt Collecter who constantly calls and leaves this ridiculous message on answering machines all across the country. Be careful, or you may be next to experience the wrath of this enraged debt collector.
NOTE: This is not the IRS. When the government refers collection of debts to an outside agency, the FDCPA applies. Concerning the issue of harassment, refer to Section 806(5) of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Although the National Do Not Call Registry does not stop debt collector calls, if you would like to stop harassing telemarketing calls to your number, follow the link below:

Yes, it’s the “horrible” tape. Instead buying into the hype, I think it should get a award! Anyone who has kids knows how the masses are wanting us to pamper and coddle our kids. Kids need DISCIPLINE.

Answering machine all schools should have.

Place telemarketers on hold with this very important phone message and background music. This is my first contribution to YouTube and it was inspired by something that I saw here that needed much improvement. Funny, I hope.
MOFO out!

This was allegedly voted unanimously by staff at Maroochydore High School in QLD for use on their telephone answering system. Very possibly fake, but very funny, Also has a serious point that perhaps parents and students should be more accountable and take more responsibility themselves instead of blaming the school for their failings.
