I wanted to send some message to some friends who are on their way to visit Ohio they need some guide lines to get here. How do I send them a text message for a safe arrival.
In messenger Right Click on there name choose to Send SMS
window will pop up asking you to enter the phone number once you have entered the number Click OK. then you will get a screen where you can type your message once the message is type you can click on "send"

Hi, I’m going to Japan, and I’m going to keep my mobile on just in case although I won’t use it. My phone should work in Japan. Most of my friends know that I will be away so they won’t ring or text me but if somebody texts me or rings me, what would the cost be on receiving phone call or receiving text message? Of course safest thing to do is to switch off completely, but would be nice to know the cost. Thank you!
UK phones don’t work in Japan at all unless they’re those 4G things. 2 for the US, 1 for Europe, and the other for Japan (and Korea too I believe.)
This is regardless of what any imbecile at the shop might claim.

Additionally, leftcoast hasn’t quite got the whole picture. If you look at the bottom of his linked page, where it talks about Networks In Japan, you’ll see that both networks have the little * next to them. Look a bit further down and you’ll read this, * You cannot use an Orange single/dual/tri/quad band phone on this network, but you may rent a 3G phone for this network whilst visiting the country and use it with your Orange SIM card.
So you have to rent a phone in Japan. Still your own phone won’t work, and that’s the bottom line.

I have just finish my trip around the mountain part of America.
And I wanted to send my 300 photos to my friends.
There’s a file for the 300 photos.
However, the yahoo email won’t let me attach the file, only the pictures in it.
I don’t want to attach the photos one by one.
But just the file itself.
Is there anyway to attach the file to the email message without attaching them one by one?
assuming Yahoo will let you put an attachment that huge on an email, you can download Winrar and make an archive out of the files.
Personally I recommend imageshack or photobucket or something like that.

i always have a funny voicemail on my phone but i need some more ideas. 10 pts to the funniest and ill probably use it

I know a guy that put the number out of service message on his recorder. People that didn’t know him would hang up and phone solicitors would take him off their list. Friends would wait for the beep.
I knew another guy that did a routine with his wife. She started the recording by saying hello. Then he said away from the phone. "Tell them, I am not here." and she said "What?" "Tell them I am not here." They argued for about 15 seconds and then she said, "We’re not here leave a message. (beep) All the time the person who made the call thought they were home of course and the person was trying to get a word in edgewise,
Another is to answer the phone, "Sergeant Buchanan, homicide…….they won’t answer…so you repeat Sergeant Buchanan who is there?………….Leave a message.
